The Kate Sheppard Apartment complex comprises 35 ‘independent living’ one bedroom apartments. This inspired, architecturally designed, two storey complex was built to the highest standard and is appointed throughout with quality carpets, drapes and décor. These elegant apartments offer open and functional design, and indoor / outdoor flow to either an attractive patio or garden area on the ground level or a spacious balcony on the first level.

Village Contribution Fee
A village contribution fee applies to occupiers of Apartments. These fees share the upkeep cost equitably amongst all residents, to ensure the village is always kept in a well maintained state. It operates on a 'enjoy now, pay later' basis and is a deferred charge accrued over 4 years together with a one off administration charge. This is 10% in year one and 5% for the following 3 years plus an administration fee of 2%.
Village Outgoings Payment
A monthly outgoings payment is charged to occupiers of Villas, Apartments and Condominiums. These fees cover payment of rates, building insurance, common areas repairs and maintenance, rubbish removal (per CCC), gardening, exterior window cleaning, community lighting, 24 hour on call support (not including call out fees), weekly shopping trips in mini bus, varied activity programme, regular bus outings and Armourguard night security patrol.
